1. Arrival Time:
Guests are required to arrive 20-30 minutes before the scheduled departure to allow enough time for check-in and completion of the required consent forms.

2. Minimum Guests:
A minimum of 4 guests is required for the safari to proceed. If the minimum is not met, Ocean Safaris reserves the right to reschedule the booking.

3. Delays:
Please note that departures may experience delays due to the use of a third-party company to launch the boat. As Plettenberg Bay does not have a harbour, our boats are launched by tractor, which can occasionally affect the timing of the trip.

4. Weather & Sea Conditions:
Ocean Safaris reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to weather or sea conditions, in the interest of passenger safety. In the case of cancellation, guests will be provided the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.

5. Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will be non-refundable.

6. No-shows:
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled safari will be considered no-shows and will not be eligible for any refunds.

7. Passenger Rules:
Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the crew.
No standing or moving around the boat while it is in motion unless permitted by the crew.
For the safety of all guests, disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the early termination of the trip, with no refunds.
Alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted on board.

8. Indemnity & Minors:
All guests are required to sign an indemnity form before boarding.
Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for signing the indemnity on their behalf.
